Determine Eligibility for Services

Review the eligibility requirements and identify the type of services and support that best fit your or your family member’s needs.

03

Apply for the Waiver Waiting List

After determining eligibility, apply for the Medicaid waiver waiting list. Services are prioritized based on individual needs and urgency.

04

Apply for Respite Services (Optional)

While waiting for waiver services, families may qualify for respite support to help caregivers and provide temporary relief.

05

Choose a Support Coordinator

Once approved for services, choose a support coordinator. If you qualify for a Community Supports Waiver, Absolute Advocacy can help:

  • Build your support plan

  • Connect you with providers
